5-Man Division 5
- Team Entry Fee per Event: $375.00. Teams are required to pre-register/pay for the 5-man events. Teams must pre-register the Monday before the event. Late registrations is held Tuesday thru Wednesday before the event (50.00 late fee added). Registrations will not be accepted after the Wednesday before the event. Teams cannot register at the events. All registrations must be processed thru the APPA.
A player will be considered Div. 5 if they meet the following criteria:
-If the player is classified as a Div. 5 player by the APPA and the EPL (see classifications).
-Limitations: Maximum of 7 players per team. All Div. 5 teams are allowed one Div. 4 player in their roster.
5-Man Division 4
-Team Entry Fee per Event: $400.00. Teams are required to pre-register for the 5-man events. Teams must pre-register the Monday before the event. Late registrations is held Tuesday thru Wednesday before the event (50.00 late fee added). Registrations will not be accepted after the Wednesday before the event. Teams cannot register at the events. All registrations must be processed thru the APPA.

5-Man Division 3

*The EPL reserves the right to review and correct the playing status of any player at any time.
