Garden State Open 2022
The EPL will continue to use the APPA’s system for our registration processes. The APPA is not only used for registering your team for an event, it is also used to rank individual paintball players. Players are ranked according to their experience and are then able to join specific rosters. This ranking system assists with leveling thing the playing field for all participants.

Event Registration

 

EVENT PAINT

The EPL has an event paint only policy.  All paintballs that are used in the tournament must be purchased through the EPL website or on location at the EPL registration area.  In order to save time and money, team are able to purchase discounted paintballs ahead of time on the EPL website.  Once purchased, the teams order will be waiting for them at EPL registration area, thereby skipping the long lines.

 

Team Staging Area

Team Staging Area ($1)

Each team, who makes an online reservation, who participates in any Conference event will be provided a uniform team staging area.  Each Staging area will include (1) 10′ x  10′ pop up tent, (1) 6′ folding table and (1) case of water.  Staging areas will be arranged in a uniform line.  They will be located in a convenient area adjacent to the field of play. The reservation fee is $1.  Only one reservation per team is allowed regardless of size.

Expanded Team Staging Area ($50)

Teams requiring more space, can make an online reservation for an expanded staging area.  The expanded reservation fee is $50.  Each expanded staging area will include (2) side by side 10′ x  10′ pop up tents, (2) 6′ folding table and (2) case of water.  Only one reservation per team is allowed regardless of size. Expanded staging areas will be located closest to the field. Only one reservation per team is allowed regardless of size.

Deadline

All reservations must be made five (5) days prior to the event for which the reservation is made.  Due to logistics, any reservations after the deadline will not be honored.

 

GAME SCHEDULES

The Actiontown Classic event schedule can be viewed via the APPA site or downloaded below the day before the event. We will provide a link to the online game schedule and a downloadable PDF document. A game schedule will also be printed and handed out to each team captain during our official Captains Meeting (See event schedule). Additional copies of the game schedules are always available at the scoring table for each playing field.

 

FIELD LAYOUT

The official field layout will be released to the public on Monday night, 12 days prior to the event. Our official layout is partner paintball fields on Monday night 19 days prior to the event.  These partner field are encouraged to set up the official layout so that competing team will have the opportunity to practice their game plan ahead of the event.  If your home field is not a partner field, please have them contact us for more information.

Captains Meeting at 7:15am.

  • All 3MAN team captains must attend the meeting.

Registration is closes at 8:00am. Tournament Play Begins at 8:00am

  • Preliminary rounds begin.

Referee Lunch break occurs after the preliminary round is complete

  • This time varies.

A schedule we be distributed to all teams who advance to the playoff round following the lunch break.

  • Ocho-Finals
  • Quarterfinals
  • Semi-Finals
  • Finals

Awards Ceremony at the EPL registration area.

  • Prizes and Medals distributed.
  • Pictures taken of winning teams at the conclusion of the Awards Ceremony.

Fields open for walking. Available pending weather and daylight.
